I was going to do 5 rounds but did not have enough time. 4 rounds was a nice smoker though, the weight was manageable and the WOD was fast paced. I would have to say the hard part was the chest 2 bar PU's I just cant do many consecutively.

effort on Pats scale of 1-5 probably a 3.5
First round was completed in about 5:51 and I paced myself too much on the burpees. And the hard part on this one was definitely the row.

Monday

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Report load to comments.

rests were 4-5 minutes between rounds.
I did this one about a year ago for the first time. Then I used 115lbs, but completed all three rounds unbroken and did not change weight.
Today I did Gwen again with 125. I wanted to use 135, I just did not have the confidence to attempt it. 125 was tough. I think I could have done 135 but with a high probability of a foul.
