Triple under
I have been trying to get a Triple under with the jump rope. I am almost there, and I have the technique down. The trick is to slow down on the double unders, which is difficult in itself, and then blast out the triple. Anyhow, another minor goal.

Felt good moving the body and giving myself a rest from moving a load. I did not know what to expect with this one but the KTE's really affected the box jumps and vice versa.

what a gasser, this WOD really demanded a lot of power. I fell apart on the runs. Running used to be my active rest. Now I am trying so hard to keep it together while I am running that I cannot 'rest' at all.

Monday
I did some minor gymnastics skill work. Handstand push ups, and handstand holds. I want to be able to 'pop' into a handstand at anytime anywhere and hold it free from the wall.
