- CrossFit Level 1 certified Trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics Level 1 Certified. Formerly overweight and out of shape depended on fast food, cigarettes and honeybuns for nutrition. Now I have a long term goal of striking fear in the hearts of my daughters potential suitors until I allow her marriage at the young age of 32 years. and I cannot do that if I am crippled from poor diet and bad choices... God willing I can live a long and healthy life.
