Sunday and Monday WOD

I did a compilation of 2 load days in one followed by a 'tabata row'.

Dead lifts 3-3-3
Hang power cleans 1-1-1

Deads, I have not done a heavy deadlift in a while. I Tried the CFT the last time it was posted and I was only able to hit a 315 max dead. My Dead lift PR is 365 and I hit that back in March before I threw my back out.
So last night I started at 270, 285, and then did a very solid 305 3x. I stopped there, I felt really strong and I am looking forward to doing deads again. I tried something new with the bar this time, I did everything the same, I just added- pulling the bar towards me as I pulled it up. So the bar maintained solid contact with my body the entire lift. My lats and chest was flexed the whole time. I have always believed a successful deadlift is engaging all muscle groups but now I have found the way to dial it in completely.
HPC I started at 155 155 165f 165. I felt powerful during these. the fail on the first 165 was me scaring myself. Then everyone in the gym was staring and I was motivated to hit it. I stopped at 165 do to time restraints and I did not want to over tax my hamstrings and back. I doubled these WOD up because I am tired of chasing the WOD and missing certain ones. So now I am on track....
Tabata Row- 989M. was my score. I believe I could have done more, I was on track to hitting 1100 but for some reason during the workout I must have been day dreaming and slowed down. Focus.....
