Snatch balance/Snatch
Warmed up with couple of snatch balances and did 1 snatch for every weight

Tuesday
Simple fast METCON
21 40lb Dumbbell hang cleans
50 double unders

I liked this one, but a little on the easy side. I probably could have moved a little faster, but I am lacking motivation this week. Maybe I will find it before the week is up. I need to set a new PR in something.... maybe snatches tomorrow.

The first round took 3 minutes. The second I finished before the 12 minute mark, the third was jut awful. The last 30 pull ups were done in sets less than 5 and most were 1 & 2's. I am pretty sore today from it. Looking back I have never done a WOD with that many Pull ups 150 total.
