Saturday 6 June, Friday 12 june,
I will be in Northern Wisconsin working and doing some fishing in the north woods. I am looking forward to trying some WOD using what is around me, like logs and rocks, we shall see how this goes.

Tuesday
I attempted overhead squats, but when I was warming up with 65lbs I felt some pulling in my hip and lower back. So then decided to do the following:
with a 45lb bar
25 OHS
50 Back Squats
75 Front Squats
30 box jumps
11:18
The WOD was supposed to finish with a 500m row, but we only had one rower and my partner finished before me so he rowed and I did the box jumps, 50 box jumps would have been more sufficient.

Five rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups

I did this one allot slower than the first time I did it. I had two problems during this one: first and most important I had a huge food hangover. and second I coul d not hang on to the bar during the pull ups, and I am thankful my life did not depend on it. I broke up every round and, could barely do 10 pull ups in a row. Last time I did this one I finished in 15 minutes and some change.
