My absolute favorite body weight WOD. But no PR today but still a good score for me 17:39. My pull ups (butterfly kip) was not on at all. I had absolutely no rhythm during my pull ups, I still finished all 100 in just under 5 minutes.

Still, 100 pull-ups in under 5min is something I can not do. My PR is like 5:44.
Good to see you hitting it hard. Your 500M row from the other day was awesome.
Went to Robb Wolf nutrition cert. I learned some new things, but no secrets were revealed. Yep, it looks like the best diet is paleo in zone portions. One of the few things I learned was the diet of paleolithic man was 20-25% Carbs, 25-30% Pro, 30-40% fat. I know that does not add up, so I got it wrong. But, it is pretty much "zone portions".
