Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
18 rounds +5 pull ups. (PR 22 rounds plus 4 pull ups.)
Except a 5k I did last Thursday (BTW 24:16) I have not worked out since the prior Saturday. I have been on a mediocre to poor diet, alcohol and high glycemic index carbs for 10 tens or so. I attribute to my effort, or lack their of, to my performance on 'Cindy'.
