1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
48:00, was my pathetically slow time. I ran the first mile outside, and ran a little further than a mile. The rest of the WOD I did inside and I just did not have the motivation like I normally do. Part of the problem is the holidays and poor diet. The other is the competition factor or lack there of. I will get over this unmotivated hump I am in....
