The total was 331. I crushed the situps, first round was 82 reps. The double unders were fair. I need to find that rope that fits me like a glove. I blame the rope....

Good to hear about KBs. Let's bounce stuff off each other. I have dove in and read ETK this weekend. I know think the Clean and Press (or jerk) is a solid exercise.
I agree about GS being something I would like to get it, as well as compete in the TSC. My thinking is to actually start learing the snatch, clean and press, swing at the beginning, so I am taking up KB from the beginning and starting with ETK program.
All right, let's keep bouncing stuff off each other.
