Quick Question - What is "Fran"? 21-15-9 cleans, pullups, and was there something else? I wasnt able to make most workouts with you guys towards the end of summer, because I had to prepare for an accounting exam. But I plan on doing crossfit workouts throughout the summer. Also, I dont know if you still have my time from the last time we did it, but if you do can you post it. Thanks

Fran, is 21-15-9 of 95lb thrusters and pull ups. I am surprised you forgot such a 'fun' WOD. I think Jake did it in 5:50. I believe you did it in 6 something? I am not sure man. If you are going to do it again good luck and let me know how it goes.
