For time:
25 Squats
25 Push-ups
25 Pull-ups
25 Sit-ups
50 Squats
50 Push-ups
50 Pull-ups
50 Sit-ups
75 Squats
75 Push-ups
75 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups

The first round took 3 minutes. The second I finished before the 12 minute mark, the third was jut awful. The last 30 pull ups were done in sets less than 5 and most were 1 & 2's. I am pretty sore today from it. Looking back I have never done a WOD with that many Pull ups 150 total.
