I have been chasing the body weight OHS for 2 years now. I have been working hard to fix my lower back and hip problem for a little over a month now and it seems to be paying off. A year ago I maxed out on the OHS at 160, a couple months ago I squated 175 but could not come out of the whole. Today I do feel I could have broken 200lbs but honestly I did it on my lunch break and wanted to eat.

Thank you for the congrats. I really attribute it to faith and foam rolling.
The new box is coming along, have not officially opened yet, but I have been running short tastes of CrossFit to the 'locals'.
I am still waiting for equipment to arrive and looking to get rid of some things 'they' think I needed.
I hope to train with you soon. You should come by and check out the box. We have a couple of large kettlebells one is 96lbs. it is a real beast.
