I have always liked this one. Fast, and you just finish the exercise and move on.
I PR'ed in this one with a time of 7:10rx. The last time I did this one I did 26 pull ups in a row. this time I wanted to let go of the bar at rep 8, but continued to 15 reps. then did 2 more sets to finish the pull ups. A newbie joined me, Jake, he finished in 10:25. He was moving well just needs to work on the pull ups.

Jason ~ That one nearly killed me yesterday. My time was 18:35 rx'd. After I got off the rower my legs actually felt like they were going to buckle underneath me. My squat thrusters then suffered doing 5 at a time with rest. Lastly my hands are still torn to pieces so I worked through the pain with 1 or 2 pull ups at a time.

This one was tough for me as well. I did this on Saturday morning after going to bed at 2am the night before and eating a half burrito and a taco after a night of light crinking. It was rough. I did the same thing you did Andrea. Thrusters 5 at a time and 1 or 2 pull ups at a time. The rowing kicked my ass. Still did mine in 6 seconds better than last time. 11:51.
