Snatch

I played with the Snatch on Wednesday, and had a PR of 140lb. I will try again in about 2 weeks. I want to break the 150 and start working on body weight of 185.

Congrats on the PR. How did it go? Split, squat?, power? power to OHS?

It was a squat snatch. I have been really focusing on the pulling myself under the bar and not jumping off the platform. I just push my feet apart slightly to squat. I am becoming more in tune with this lift and I am very excited to continue.
