Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Report load to comments.

rests were 4-5 minutes between rounds.
I did this one about a year ago for the first time. Then I used 115lbs, but completed all three rounds unbroken and did not change weight.
Today I did Gwen again with 125. I wanted to use 135, I just did not have the confidence to attempt it. 125 was tough. I think I could have done 135 but with a high probability of a foul.
