I warmed up doing gymnastic movements. Bar muscle ups, (trying to get them consecutively) handstand holds. GHD situps, and hip & back extensions.

I REALLY liked this WOD. The weight was manageable but heavy enough to force rest and forced to break the rounds up. The box jumps tipped it in. I thought about Knee's to elbows instead of the box jumps. I think this was the better choice.
I believe this will be a new benchmark WOD for me.

This is a nice WOD. I like you DU ideal, in fact I think that is what I am going to focus on. First, just spinning the rope 2x, next progression jumping next to the rope spinning 2x working on timing. Next progression DUs.
After the Greg A article, I am realizing that I need to actually work on this skill. You can really rock these.
