Just wanted a good metcon to lay me out on the floor. And burpees and DU's will do it every time. I would have had a faster time, but the first 75 DU's I had a lot of misses.

This looks like it would suck.

It actually was not that bad. I can move through the DU's fast enough that they were welcomed after the burpees. It is the burpees though that really makes me question myself. actually that was probably when "the moment" happened. Like 'whose idea was this?'
