Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
9 rounds RX
I am very happy with my performance. I felt a lot stronger in the HSPU's than normal. I am also able to crank through the one legged squats a lot faster than previously. I may have been able to crank through another round but the HSPU were the limiting factor of my speed. Also I have been complaining about losing my ability to do a mass amount of Pull ups quickly, I was able to do all the rounds except the first and the last unbroken.
I only have one more CF WOD to complete RXed and then another goal for the year is completed.
