5,4,3,2,1 reps of 275lb deadlifts and muscle ups.
The original weight for this one was 315, and I saw it done at CF will county. I knew that 315 would just crush me, so we kept it at 275.

The deads are feeling better and better each week. I am not killing myself on them and I have been adjusted by Dr. Judge last week, and it felt great. I have felt great ever since. His website is on the right side of this blog and I highly recommend him for anyone that may have any issues with... well pretty much anything that makes you uncomfortable. All nerves go through the spine so it would make sense to have it looked at if you are having issues or pain of some sort.

Good to see the training. I missed you posting for a few days. This WOD looks awesome. I need to do some heavy deads, I was going to do singles, but maybe I should hit this one. I think 4:30 is a smoking fast time for this one.
How were the muscle-ups? Did you do them on rings or bar?

Muscle ups from the bar for this WOD would have really sucked. No we did it from the rings. I still missed a couple, but all in all the WOD was a real good one. I look forward to seeing how you come out on this one. John at CFWC did it in like 3:45 with 315lb so that is something to shoot for. good luck!
